In 2008, long-time homebuilders Bill and Barry Frey founded Turnkey Residential. With local roots and decades of experience in Southwest Florida, this father-and-son team launched their business in 1972 as Sanibel Homes, an award-winning luxury homebuilder. Bill and Barry Frey have built more than 4,500 homes of distinction in Florida. Together, they continue to be leaders in the local luxury homebuilding and remodeling markets under Frey & Son Homes, and Remodeling Solutions by Frey. This extensive experience and building knowledge enabled the Freys to launch Turnkey Residential.
